Agile Quality Engineer

Description

ProArch is looking for an Agile Quality Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will focus on improving software quality through the implementation of Agile testing methodologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability, while also fostering an Agile mindset within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with product owners and developers to understand requirements and define test strategies.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Identify and document defects, participate in defect triaging, and track them through to resolution.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts focused on testing tools and processes.
• Perform exploratory and manual testing to ensure comprehensive coverage.
• Advocate for quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Must have done Internship in software quality assurance and testing.
• Strong experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks.
• Understanding of software testing principles and QA processes.
• Hands-on experience in Functional, Integration, and Regression testing.
• Familiarity with testing REST APIs (e.g., Postman).
• Basic knowledge of SQL for validating backend data.
• Ability to write clear test cases and maintain test documentation.
• Exposure to web and mobile testing tools (e.g., BrowserStack, Selenium, Appium)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
