Job Overview:

Liberty Behavioral & Community Services, Inc. is committed to providing exceptional services for individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Director of Quality Assurance to join our team. In this critical leadership role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive quality assurance program that ensures compliance with regulatory standards and improves service delivery across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Assurance Program Development:

  • Design and implement quality assurance policies and procedures across all service areas.

  • Customized quality metrics and data reports to assess program effectiveness and compliance with applicable regulations.

  • Compliance Monitoring:

  • Conduct regular audits and assessments of clinical services and operational practices to ensure adherence to state and federal guidelines.

  • Collaborate with departments to address compliance findings and recommend corrective actions as necessary.

  • Ensure that all staff are informed of relevant regulations and compliance procedures.

  • Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Analyze data on service delivery, outcomes, and client satisfaction to identify trends, areas of improvement, and opportunities for enhancement in service quality.

  • Prepare and present reports to management regarding quality assurance findings, staff performance, and program compliance.

  • Training and Development:

  • Develop training programs for staff to enhance their understanding of quality standards and best practices in service delivery.

  • Foster a culture of quality improvement and accountability among staff.

  • Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with clinical and operational leaders to ensure seamless integration of quality assurance measures throughout the organization.

  • Facilitate communication around quality improvement initiatives and foster collaborative efforts across departments.

  • Client and Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Engage with clients and stakeholders to solicit feedback and ensure their needs and concerns are addressed in program development.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in healthcare administration, QA, Law or a related field.

  • Strong knowledge and experience with licensing - DDS, The Joint Commission (TJC), CARF and other regulatory and accreditation bodies.

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality assurance role within the behavioral health or developmental disability field.

  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards applicable to behavioral health services.

  • Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and interpreting compliance metrics.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate teams.

  • Proficiency in utilizing electronic health records (EHR) and quality management software.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.

Salary: $150,951.00 - $163,579.00
