Junior Manual QA Engineer

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
• Understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• English proficiency at the Intermediate level or higher.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and executing detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Support manual testing efforts, including test execution, defect tracking, and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues.
• Learn from Senior QA team members and contribute to a culture of quality within the organization.
• Participate in requirement analysis and contribute to QA process enhancement.
• Conduct regression testing, exploratory testing, and other manual testing as needed.
