What is Manager Quality Assurance – HealthTech + Team Structure?
The Manager Quality Assurance – HealthTech is a key leadership position within the Customer Experience Governance team, reporting to the Head of CX Governance. This role supervises the Expert Quality Assurance – HealthTech and collaborates closely with internal stakeholders, training teams, and healthcare partners to uphold and advance service and clinical quality across all HealthTech touchpoints.
What does Manager Quality Assurance – HealthTech do?
- Lead the Quality Assurance strategy for HealthTech, ensuring alignment with clinical and customer experience standards.
- Supervise, coach, and mentor the QA team, including Expert Quality Assurance – HealthTech.
- Develop and implement robust QA frameworks to monitor, audit, and enhance service quality across all HealthTech services (lab tests, e-pharmacy, doctor consultations, surgeries, etc.).
- Oversee the performance of evaluation vendors, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely completion of quality audits.
- Analyze evaluation outcomes, healthcare data, and customer feedback to identify gaps and opportunities for service or clinical enhancement.
- Drive innovation in QA practices by leveraging digital tools, analytics, and integrating customer and patient feedback.
- Conduct Training Needs Analyses (TNA) and coordinate with training teams to deliver effective learning programs for internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and present regular reports on clinical and service quality metrics, trends, and improvement recommendations to senior leadership.
- Foster a culture of quality, transparency, and patient-centricity across all HealthTech operations and partners.

What are we looking for and what does it require to be Manager Quality Assurance – HealthTech?
Requirements:
- MBBS/MD or equivalent degree (mandatory) with valid PMDC/PMC registration.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in healthcare quality assurance, hospital operations, or clinical governance, including at least 1 year in a leadership/supervisory role.
- Solid understanding of digital healthcare delivery, clinical processes, and patient safety standards.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage vendors, and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and report writing skills.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing QA policies and procedures in healthcare settings.
- High ethical standards, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to patient safety and quality.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.
