We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical QA Engineer who operates at the crossroads of data, automation, and quality assurance. In this role, you will contribute to product excellence by delivering clear QA reporting and developing automation solutions to enhance testing efficiency and reliability. You'll be involved in building dashboards, analyzing test data, and creating scripts to solve real-world quality challenges. Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain dashboards to monitor QA metrics such as test coverage, defect rates, and regression trends.
- Analyze data from manual and automated tests to uncover trends, bottlenecks, and improvement areas.
- Support or build data pipelines integrating with tools like Jira, TestRail, Jenkins, and GitHub.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python and automation frameworks like Selenium, Playwright, or similar tools.
- Collaborate closely with QA, Product, and Engineering teams to define and track key quality indicators.
- Ensure the consistency and accuracy of QA-related data and documentation across various systems.
- Integrate test automation with CI/CD pipelines to enable faster and more reliable feedback cycles.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in QA, test automation, or quality data analysis roles.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies including test execution, regression testing, and defect lifecycle.
- Practical experience with Python for scripting or data analysis.
- Exposure to automation frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
- Proficiency in SQL and spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets).
- Experience with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter, k6, or Gatling.
- Familiarity with test management platforms such as TestRail, Zephyr, or Xray.
- Experience building comprehensive QA dashboards or reporting systems.
- Working knowledge of REST APIs for test automation or data integration.
