We are looking for a remote QA Engineer (Automation) to join our growing team. We will be happy to welcome you onboard with our remote team working from around the globe.
Dare to have a mission:
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and define test plans and strategies.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard automation tools and frameworks.
- Work on Unit testing, integrated tests, etc.
- Execute automated tests and analyze results to identify defects, performance issues, and areas for improvement.
- Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Document test cases, test results, and defects in a clear and concise manner, and track issues to resolution.
- Work closely with development teams to triage and prioritize defects, and provide timely feedback on product quality.
- Continuously monitor and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the QA process through automation, process improvements, and tooling enhancements.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in software testing and automation, and share knowledge with the team.
The tools in your backpack:
- +3 years experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on automation testing.
- Strong proficiency in automation testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or Appium.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, or JavaScript for test automation.
- Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, test planning, and test case design.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as JIRA.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
