We are looking for a remote QA Engineer (Automation) to join our growing team.  We will be happy to welcome you onboard with our remote team working from around the globe.

Dare to have a mission:

  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and define test plans and strategies.
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard automation tools and frameworks.
  • Work on Unit testing, integrated tests, etc. 
  • Execute automated tests and analyze results to identify defects, performance issues, and areas for improvement.
  • Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Document test cases, test results, and defects in a clear and concise manner, and track issues to resolution.
  • Work closely with development teams to triage and prioritize defects, and provide timely feedback on product quality.
  • Continuously monitor and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the QA process through automation, process improvements, and tooling enhancements.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in software testing and automation, and share knowledge with the team.

The tools in your backpack:

  • +3 years experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on automation testing.
  • Strong proficiency in automation testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or Appium.
  • Experience with programming languages such as  Python, or JavaScript for test automation.
  • Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, test planning, and test case design.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as JIRA.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
