We are looking for a skilled QA Engineer/Tester to join our growing product team in India. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products by improving existing QA processes and implementing new testing methodologies. You will work closely with developers to build comprehensive test plans, automate testing frameworks, and ensure that our products meet customer expectations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct both automated and manual testing to ensure product quality.
• Develop and enhance automated test environments to achieve full test coverage.
• Collaborate with developers to write test plans and maintain quality assurance standards.
• Identify, reproduce, isolate, report, and track bugs and defects using various testing methods.
• Follow and promote best practices for product maintainability, testability, performance, and robustness.
• Troubleshoot scalability and deployment issues.
• Work on writing and executing automation tests across different layers—Unit, API, UI, Integration, and Operations.
• Design and develop automation frameworks and tests to improve efficiency.
• Conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality automation scripts.
• Advocate for continuous improvement and technical excellence in testing processes.
• Coordinate with product managers to conduct pre-release test plans and ensure timely product delivery.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the overall goals of the product team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in QA, with expertise in test planning, execution, and reporting.
• Strong understanding of manual and automated testing from both technical and business perspectives.
• Solid knowledge of QA best practices and methodologies.
• Proficiency in high-level programming languages such as Java, C#, or JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with automation frameworks and testing tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail in identifying defects.
• Passion for product quality and process improvement.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
