VSI Infotech LLP is seeking an experienced QA Lead to join our dynamic quality assurance team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing all QA activities, ensuring that our software products meet the highest quality standards before release. You will lead a team of QA Engineers, guiding them in developing test strategies, executing comprehensive testing plans, and optimizing testing processes. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of testing methodologies, and a passion for delivering quality software. As a QA Lead, you will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that quality is integrated throughout the software development lifecycle. Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of QA Engineers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement QA strategies, processes, and best practices to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Design and execute robust test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements.
• Perform functional, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing on software applications.
• Coordinate testing activities and schedules to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.
• Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with development teams for prompt resolution.
• Conduct training sessions and knowledge-sharing initiatives to develop team skills and enhance performance.
• Generate and present testing reports and metrics to stakeholders, providing insights into product quality.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve QA practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a QA Lead or in a similar leadership role, with at least 10+ years of experience in software testing.
• Working knowledge of Payment Domain is a plus.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and various testing methodologies.
• Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, QTP) is highly desirable.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage time effectively.
