Opened in 2018, our Turkey office operates as the R&D arm of Rapsodo. We have offices located in Bayraklı & Technopark in the Izmir Ege University, recognized by the Ministry of Science, Industry and Technology as one of Turkey’s most successful Technoparks. Our offices incorporate UI/UX, Mobile, Cloud Technologies along with Computer Vision, Deep Learning, Data Science and Unity teams. We are seeking a motivated mid-level Quality Assurance Engineer to join us!

Key Responsibilities:**

  • Perform manual testing of mobile, web application and related hardware devices

  • Execute test scenarios and report test results

  • Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities

  • Identify, report, and track bugs and issues

  • Conduct compatibility testing across different iOS, Android devices and modern browsers

  • Perform on-field testing, including baseball swings/shots, to validate application and device functionality

  • Assist in user experience and basic performance testing

  • Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure effective issue resolution and product quality

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in mobile application, web application, or hardware testing
  • Familiarity with testing processes for iOS, Android platforms, and modern web browsers
  • Hands-on experience in manual testing, functional testing, and user experience testing
  • Ability to execute test scenarios and use bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira)
  • Solid understanding of the software development life cycle and agile QA methodologies
  • Knowledge of ISTQB testing principles and terminology
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Team-oriented with strong communication skills
  • Experience with test automation tools (e.g. Selenium, Appium) and programming languages (e.g Python, Java) is a plus
  • Experience in manual API testing with tools like Postman, Swagger or similar is a plus
  • Experience with load testing tools like JMeter is a plus
  • Proficiency in written and verbal English
  • Residence in İzmir
