Authenticate™ (Santa Monica, CA) is looking for a talented, hard-working, India-based Senior QA Engineer to be a utility player on our development team. We provide services for identity verification and fraud prevention to add trust and safety, mitigate risk, deter theft, stop loss, protect assets, and ensure the most well-informed decisions based on the most accurate, verifiable data.
Your primary role will be to develop and execute exploratory and automated tests to ensure product quality. It will also include designing and implementing tests, debugging and defining corrective actions, reviewing system requirements, and tracking quality assurance metrics.
You must be able to multi-task and manage many responsibilities at a time. You must also be comfortable contacting clients, team members, vendors, etc., through various channels. Problem-solving skills and initiative are fundamental requirements of the position and the determining factors in your evaluation. You will be performing tests of various kinds, including manual, integration, performance, and penetration testing on several products simultaneously, and be expected to organise and document your efforts diligently. You must frequently annotate our Jira and Trello boards and update the team regularly.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of quality assurance experience.
- Experience in software quality assurance and API testing is a must.
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and cases.
- Experience with both white box and black box testing.
- Experience with manual and automated testing tools.
- Knowledge of databases.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
- Experience with performance and/or security testing is a must.
- Enthusiastic and energetic about solving the problems we face.
- Highly motivated, self-starter with a goal-oriented personality.
- Team player.
- Experienced carrying a high workload in a high-pressure, fast-paced work environment and relentlessly focused on impact.
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
