Requirements

We are seeking experienced QA professionals to oversee quality systems and ensure regulatory compliance across all stages of production. Depending on the level (Executive to Manager), the role will involve managing documentation, audits, validations, and continuous quality improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Core QA Functions (All Levels):

• Ensure adherence to GMP, ISO, FSSAI, WHO, USFDA, and other regulatory standards.
• Review and control of SOPs, BMRs, BPRs, validation protocols, and specifications.
• Conduct line clearance, in-process checks, and support batch release procedures.
• Coordinate with QC, Production, and Regulatory teams for smooth process flow.
• Support preparation and response to regulatory, internal, and customer audits.
• Handle deviations, CAPA, change control, and risk assessments.
• Review analytical and production records before product release.
• Ensure proper document control and record-keeping systems.

For Assistant Manager / Manager Roles:

• Lead and train the QA team in daily operations and compliance requirements.
• Prepare and manage annual product quality reviews (APQRs).
• Oversee vendor audits, qualification, and material approvals.
• Ensure timely closure of audit observations, market complaints, and product recalls (if any).
• Implement and maintain quality management systems (QMS) across the plant.
• Participate in technology transfer, process validation, and continuous improvement projects.
• Represent QA in cross-functional and leadership meetings.

Qualifications & Experience:

• B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology or B.Pharm / M.Pharm.
• QA Executive: 1–3 years of experience
• Senior Executive: 3–5 years
• Assistant Manager: 5–7 years
• Manager: 7–10+ years
• Experience in herbal extract, nutraceutical, or pharmaceutical manufacturing preferred.
• Strong understanding of regulatory guidelines – GMP, ISO 9001, FSSAI, HACCP, etc.
• Good documentation skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office, ERP, and document management systems
