Description
We are seeking an entry-level Quality Assurance Technician with ranked competitive experience in first-person shooter (FPS) games such as Valorant, Overwatch, Rainbow Six Siege, or Counter-Strike 2. In this role, you will apply your firsthand knowledge of competitive FPS gameplay to help identify bugs, validate game balance, and contribute to delivering a high-quality, fair, and engaging player experience. Your experience as a ranked player will be a key asset in helping us improve and maintain the standards of our gaming products.
Execute assigned QA testing tasks with a focus on FPS games
Apply ranked-level competitive knowledge to identify critical gameplay issues
Validate game performance, balance, and mechanics
Document bugs accurately and thoroughly
Communicate effectively with QA team members and developers
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues during testing
Participate in beta testing and provide actionable feedback
Support the QA team in maintaining accurate and reliable testing data
Requirements
Ranked account in Valorant, Overwatch, Rainbow Six Siege, or Counter-Strike 2 (proof of current rank required at the time of application)
Strong familiarity with FPS mechanics, meta, and strategies
Ability to identify gameplay, performance, or balance issues from a competitive perspective
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Prior QA or testing experience is a plus, but not required
