Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end quality of complex features and systems.
- Define, drive, and execute the test strategy for large-scale, high-impact projects.
- Design and develop scalable, reusable, and robust automation frameworks for Web, API, and Mobile platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure in-sprint test automation and CI/CD integration.
- Mentor and guide junior SDETs and QA engineers in best practices, frameworks, and coding standards.
- Continuously evaluate and improve test coverage, efficiency, and effectiveness across the stack.
- Work closely with DevOps to build reliable and scalable test environments.
- Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and architectural discussions from a quality perspective.
- Own test metrics, report bugs with detailed analysis, and track quality KPIs.
Requirements:
- 5–8 years of experience in QA automation, preferably in product-based organizations.
- Strong programming skills in Java and JavaScript with hands-on experience in automation framework development.
- Expertise in automation tools like Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, and API automation using Rest Assured, Postman, or similar tools.
- Solid understanding of test strategy, test planning, and quality processes.
- Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.), and test reporting.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.).
- Exposure to performance testing tools like JMeter is a plus.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/Azure is an added advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
