Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior QA Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation testing and hands-on experience with Playwright and Selenium. This role requires a proactive individual with a passion for ensuring software quality and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright and Selenium.
• Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and design comprehensive test strategies.
• Identify, document, and track bugs, ensuring timely resolution.
• Conduct regression testing and performance testing to maintain software quality.
• Implement continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines for automated testing.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior QA team members.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in automation testing tools: Selenium and Playwright (minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Playwright is mandatory).
• Strong understanding of software testing life cycle (STLC) and QA methodologies.
• Experience with test management tools and bug tracking systems.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or similar.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
