Software QA Tester

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Software Tester to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in manual testing and a keen eye for detail. Experience with ISTQB, SHAFT engine framework, Postman Collections Automation, REST Assured framework and Selenium Automation is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute manual testing processes to ensure the quality of software products
• Create, maintain, and execute test cases and test scripts
• Report and document defects, and work closely with the development team to reproduce and resolve issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and plan testing activities
• Contribute to continuous process improvement for testing procedures and standards

Requirements

1.     Degree of Education:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in software/manual testing
• Good understanding of testing methodologies and SDLC
• ISTQB knowledge (Certification preferable)
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong database query knowledge and experience (SQL, MySQL Query and etc).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SHAFT engine
• Hands-on experience with Postman Collections Automation
• Experience in Selenium Automation and scripting
• ISTQB Certification
• REST Assured framework.
• Xunit/Nunit Testing
