Test Engineer-Contractor

Description

OPPO US Research Center is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Test Engineer to support our field testing and user feedback validation efforts. This role is ideal for someone passionate about product quality and user experience, and comfortable working in a dynamic, cross-cultural R&D environment. You will help bridge the gap between local trial users and our global engineering teams.

Requirements

• Submit tickets for downloading Google trial logs.
• Handle requests for downloading trial user logs.
• Collect user information for trial functionality feedback.
• Manage trial devices for local users.
• Configure OTA updates for trial users in the US.
• Collect user feedback and assist domestic operations teams.
• Reproduce and verify issues found in overseas environments.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree or above in Computer Science or related field.
• 2+ years of software testing experience.
• Strong communication and learning skills.
• Familiarity with basic software testing methodologies and QA processes.
• Experience in community/user operations is a plus.
• Experience in Android testing is preferred.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $30-60/hour. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
