CADDi is on a mission to "Unleash the potential of manufacturing."
We operate "CADDi DRAWER," a cloud-based system that supports digital transformation centered on the use of drawings, which are the most essential data in the manufacturing industry.
Expected Role
- You'll lead the definition and execution of our product QA strategy. Your mission is to continuously deliver value and earn customer trust. You'll achieve this by collaborating and discussing with stakeholders from a broad perspective, moving beyond just "how to ensure quality and improve processes" to also consider "why quality is important and what we should prioritize right now".
- You will be responsible for establishing the first QA team in the Vietnamese organization from scratch.
- We expect the person who joins us in this position to work closely with both the Vietnamese development organization and the Japanese QA organization to propose and establish the ideal QA system.
- Improving non-functional requirements, including quality, is a key objective for the entire development organization, so this is a position with very high expectations.
The following are examples of specific tasks, but the scope of work is not limited to these.
- Defining the desired quality level based on product vision, business strategy, and organizational status
- Establishing QA systems and mechanisms to achieve the mission (including training and hiring QA members)
- Developing test strategies and leading test planning, design, and execution
- Reviewing product specifications from a quality perspective and proposing improvements
- Continuously promoting automated and manual testing throughout the software delivery process
- Other tasks include identifying quality-related issues and planning and promoting initiatives to address them.

Requirements
MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS
For this position, the following are strongly requested.
- Experience leading the formulation and execution of QA strategies
- Ability to communicate fluently in English in a business setting.
NICE-TO-HAVE REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in development and QA for large-scale systems spanning multiple teams
- Experience in designing test processes in accordance with standards such as ISTQB and ISO29119 and general QA practices, and implementing them in development organizations
- Experience in people management for QA teams
- Experience in QA in organizations implementing agile development.
